Sunday Shoots at Columbia Road Flower Market

If you’re at the Columbia Road Flower Market on a Sunday morning, why not get your picture taken for free by a professional?

Every Sunday, London-based photographer Seamus Ryan invites members of the public to take part in a session of shoots in his studio under the title Sunday Shoots.

In each shoot, he gets ordinary people to express different emotions or actions such as Jump, How Mad Are You, Scream and Shout, Silhouette, and more. The Sunday Shoots are open to anyone and free of charge; the images taken are put up on the Sunday Shoot website the following week, and fine art prints of your portraits are available to buy. Seamus Ryan has had his work exhibited at the V&A Museum and the Photographers Gallery in London, as well as in New York and Los Angeles.

Hours: between 10am-3pm each Sunday
